Stock levels

Available = on hand − reserved. A row is critical at or below its minimum and low at or below its reorder level. The suggested quantity tops up to the maximum, net of stock in transit and on order. Min, reorder and max live on each product's Stock tab (Edit thresholds in a row's menu); the critical share and on-order rule are in inventory settings.
